Shipping & Handling
Free Shipping Offer: Doug Russell Marine is proud to offer free Standard Shipping on all online orders over $100. This offer applies to small package orders shipped via UPS Ground or United States Postal Service within the contiguous 48 States. Exclusions include: package with a combined length and girth that exceeds 84 inches and/or LTL & common carrier truck freight deliveries.
Standard Shipping: In-stock merchandise will normally arrive in 3-7 business days after the order is received. Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS.
Express Shipping: In-stock merchandise will arrive within 2-3 business days after your order is received. Orders placed after 10:00 AM Eastern Time (Monday through Friday) will ship the next business day.
Overnight Express Shipping: In-stock merchandise will arrive the next business day (Monday through Friday)Orders placed after 10:00 AM Eastern Time will ship the next business day.
In the case of a back-order, you will be notified via email and/or customer service will attempt to reach you via telephone. Please contact us immediately if your order is incomplete, damaged, or lost in transit. It is the buyers responsibility to thoroughly check package contents at delivery. Any errors or damage must be reported within 48 hrs of delivery or claim will not be accepted. If your package is damaged in shipment, replacement will be sent at no additional cost if Doug Russell Marine or shipping carrier is at fault. The return policy may be applied to any order returned or canceled after shipment. Regardless of payment method, all orders over $1,000 are subject to 3% handling fee. (Handling fee defined as paperwork, boxing, and internet expense).

Shipping Within the Contiguous United States
Doug Russell Marine reserves the right to limit quantities and/or charge actual shipping charges on oversize packages based on weight and/or dimensions. In this case, you will be notified prior to any additional charges.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Military
Freight charges displayed in the "Checkout" process for orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Military FPO/APO are based on estimates and are subject to change based upon actual weight and or dimensions of the products ordered. You will be notified via email of any additional charges shortly after submitting your order.
International Orders
Freight charges displayed in the "Checkout" process for orders shipped outside of the United States are based on estimates and are subject to change based upon actual weight and or dimensions of the products ordered. You will be notified via email of any additional charges shortly after submitting your order.
Orders under $1,000 may be paid by credit card and must be shipped to the billing address. International orders over $1,000 must be prepaid by bank wire transfer or check and will be shipped via UPS, USPS Global EMS, or customers can arrange pickup at their own expense.
